- Prasad should be freshly cooked.
- Please do not use garlic or onion
in the cooking.
- Prasad could consist any or more
of following items.
- Rice or pulav.
- Vegetable with gravy.
- Naan/ Chapatti/Poori.
- Raita /Yogurt .
- Fruits .
- Sweets.
- Charnamrit

1. Rice 2. Ghee (Butter) 3. Moong beans 4. Tur Daal 5. Masoor Daal 6. Garbanzo beans (canned) 7. Sugar 8. Sooji 9. Olive oil 10. Besan 11. Wheat flour 12. Flowers 13 Fruits 14. Vegetables ( fresh / frozen) 15. Milk 16. Yogurt 17. Honey 18. Coconut 19. Dry fruits (nuts, raisin, dates, almonds, cashews)
